Independent Access (IA)
Independent Studio Sessions are designed for users who feel comfortable working more independently inside the studio environment. Staff will help initialize the room before the session begins, though ongoing technical support is generally not provided during the booking.
If Guided or Professional Engineer Sessions are the only available booking windows on the calendar, users are still encouraged to reserve those times for independent workflows as well. Booking labels primarily reflect staffing availability, not creative restrictions.
Available when only Certification Level 1 staff members are present within the building to initialize and supervise studio access if needed.
Independent bookings must be reserved by a certified user age 18 or older, who must remain present for the duration of the session with any guests.
