Museum Passes @ The Franklin Lakes Library
The Library is pleased to present our Museum Pass Program. Adult (18 years +) Franklin Lakes Public Library cardholders in good standing may borrow museum passes. Physical passes are loaned for 2 days, and print-at-home passes can be reserved any time. All pass reservations are processed through the Museum Key website or by calling 201-891-2224 x106. It is the patron’s responsibility to check individual museums to verify their days/hours of operation.
Reservations
Patrons may reserve passes up to 60 days in advance through the Museum Key website or by calling 201-891-2224 x 106.
Patron’s failure to pick up a physical pass at the reserved time will result in a canceled reservation and the pass being given to a patron on the waiting list.
Check-out
Physical passes are available for a 3-day/2-night loan period and are not renewable.
Print-at-home passes are available only on the date selected.
There is a limit of 2 passes per card holder. The library reserves the right to limit the number of museum passes at any time.
Returns
Physical passes must be returned during normal business hours of the Library to the Adult Reference Desk. Passes may not be returned to another library or deposited in the book drop.
Passes must be returned in the same condition that they are received.
Museum passes are subject to library fines of $25 per day. After 7 days, patrons must pay the full replacement cost of the pass.
If a pass is lost or damaged beyond repair, patrons must pay the full replacement cost of the pass.
