This series will focus on:
- Breathing techniques that support the well-being of the heart, increase the breathing capacity of the lungs, and aid in the detoxification of the liver.
- Bringing our thoughts into a state of neutrality to release worry and anxiety.
Qigong can be practiced standing or sitting.
