Qigong with Tara Farley
Please bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes. This series will focus on learning different exercises and breathing techniques that support the wellbeing of the heart, increase the breathing capacity of the lungs, aid in the detoxification of the liver, as well as bringing our thoughts into a state of neutrality to release worry and anxiety. Qigong can be practiced standing or sitting.
